Each venue comes equipped with all of the tables, chairs, linens and tableware you need to make your event successful. Our team will handle setting up the tables and chairs based on your floor plan, and we will make sure that tables, chairs and linens are all set up before your event begins.

Gillespie Conference and Special Events Center has a highly trained culinary team with full-service capabilities to fit your tastes and budget. Due to our liquor and food license, we are not able to allow outside food or beverage into our property.

All food, beverage, and room rental incurs a 22% service charge and a 7% sales tax.

Your rental of the space includes:

  • Linens (white, black, or ivory)
  • Napkins (variety of colors available)
  • China
  • Glass
  • Silverware
  • Set up
  • Tear Down

A deposit will vary based on the type of event, inquire with our sales team for more information.
